If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unburned, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate. This applies regardless of how long you have had the item, as long as the fault is not due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Custom creations are made to your specific requirements and are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the agreed specifications. If you have concerns about a custom order, please contact us to discuss your options.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
